I love this book. I ordered it as an e-book from the author's website, but if I had to order it again, I would get the paperback because of the format. There are pictures throughout that help you pull together any outfit, and I think having that as a quick reference near my closet would be great.The basic idea is that you have a basic wardrobe of classics - I had heard that before, but this time, they're all spelled out exactly for you, with outfits, and you number each hanger that they're on so that you can easily see which are your basics for dressing, shopping, and organizing. I love it! I'm still trying to find the time to reorganize my closet.
I was a little frustrated with this system, because after I read it, I realized the author's "basic classic wardrobe" is for business in a cool climate - I'm a stay-at-home mom in a warm climate, so I emailed her with my concerns. She emailed me back almost immediately with some great tips for how to change up the basic classic wardrobe for my situation.

Let's be honest. Most people have lots of black in their wardrobe. Black and white. Most folks don't know what to do with all the black and white they have. Most folks have no sense of style. This book is for those who have no sense of style and need ideas on how to dress in the morning. This book will have you picking out styles in 5 minutes or less. Awesome book that has made my life a whole lot easier. I recommend to woman of all sizes and ages who are struggling to figure out what to wear.
